ezra and liza's blog

We're Ezra and Liza Jane. This our blog. It's where you can see what we've been up to lately. I'm Ezra. I love Mom, Dad, Sissy, playing outside, reading stories, soccer, building things, legoes and tigers. I'm Liza Jane. This is my blog, too. I love Mom, Dad, Ya Ya (Ezra), school, stories, being silly, dancing to music, taking care of my babies and showing off my big vocabulary.

Jolly Ol' Saint Nick

We bumped into this guy today while out and about.

I was a bit more cautious than my little sister.

She was quite happy to jump up on his lap, smile at him, pet his beard and coo for the camera. They do share a similar physique, as you may have noticed.

Instead, I enjoyed watching and smiling from afar. I did have a few questions I made Mom ask him. I wondered, for example, where the reindeer were. He told us that he only brought one who was parked in the roof. I spent some time after that trying to crane my neck into the just the right position to see him through the skylight. No luck, though. How did one reindeer pull such a heavy sleigh anyways?

I'm still pretty excited for him to stop by our house this month.

7 Months Old!

What a fast 7 months it's been!

Too fast.

In this last month sissy has started crawling, sitting up so strong, eating, sipping from a sippy cup, and chatting and babbling even more then ever. There's no stopping her.

It's such a joy to watch her explore her surroundings now. You can tell she's so proud and so happy to be able to chase after me and get to the things that she's interested in. And her zany personality continues to keep us all smiling.

We love you, Liza Jane!
