We've been enjoying spending some time on Toad Lake with our friends Julie, Tim and Heidi.  The rope swing, boats, and paddle board really hit the spot on a hot day.

I've been plugging away with my practice violin (the cardboard one) for quite a while, patiently waiting until I've shown enough commitment and responsibility to get my first REAL violin.  Today was the day. 

I can harldy wait to practice more!
