Last Saturday my good friend, Caroline, invited my friend Grayson and I over for a pancake breakfast at her house and then a special tour of a local fire station. Fireman Willie met us at the house and walked us over to the Broadway Fire Station for a special tour of the rigs and the station itself.

It was pretty cool.

Happy Halloween!

It's been a fun month of decorating and preparing for the big day. We enjoyed a walk downtown visiting local merchants and checking out other costumes as well as a quick spin through our own neighborhood.

What a beautiful, crisp, clear autumn day and evening.

Even sissy got the hang of choosing one little treat and putting it in her bag.

And, much to Mom and Dad's enjoyment, the loot seems to have been a thing of the past now. tucked away out of sight and mind in some hidden cupboard.
