We're Ezra and Liza Jane. This our blog. It's where you can see what we've been up to lately. I'm Ezra. I love Mom, Dad, Sissy, playing outside, reading stories, soccer, building things, legoes and tigers. I'm Liza Jane. This is my blog, too. I love Mom, Dad, Ya Ya (Ezra), school, stories, being silly, dancing to music, taking care of my babies and showing off my big vocabulary.

Happy 4th Birthday!

It was a perfect afternoon of friends and family. We hung out in the yard, played ball, took wagon rides, and ate noodles, fruit salad and birthday cake. I also came up with the idea of a "treasure hunt," complete with maps of the yard for all our party guests.

Thanks to everyone who sent me birthday wishes and birthday presents.

Another Parade

I love a parade so I was very excited to sit and watch the Ski To Sea Grand Parade the afternoon of my 4th birthday. Sissy really got into it, too, as we cheered on the bands and floats that rolled on by.

Pony

Sissy's teachers sure love her up at school. When Mommy came to get us the other day they'd done her hair up in this little do.

Home Sweet Home

A few of you have asked to see the progress...

Sunny Day Sun Hats

Junior Ski to Sea Parade

Friday evening we joined some friends from our pre-school in the Junior Ski To Sea Parade. Here you can see my buddy, Grayson, and I all geared up to ride our bikes.

By the time it was our turn to start down the parade route we changed our minds and had Grayson's dad pull us in the bike trailor. That was fun, too. Almost as fun as Mom walking me, sissy , the stroller, the helmet, the diaper bag, the snacks and the bike a mile from our house to the start.

Oh well...Everyone loves a parade!

The Procession of The Species

A lot of creatures turned up for this year's Procession of The Species including The Fly, The Dragon, The Dragon Wagon (and passengers) and Monkey Towel Person.

We had a real fun time marching in the parade although we got stuck behind a large hive of bees who kept swarming and stopping to pollinate. This made for slow going, but eventually we reached the park at the end were we enjoyed mingling with other living creature and listening to some live music.

Happy May Day!

There are a lot of photos here.

We know.

But it was hard to choose just a few. Mom, Sissy and I had such a great May Day cruising through the tulip fields in Mt Vernon today. Then, we came home and walked around the neighborhood secretly delivering flowers onto unsuspecting friends' doorsteps.

What a lovely spring afternoon.
