Here We Go A Caroling

We had a great time caroling around a nearby neighborhood the other night with friends.

We all gathered at one home for snacks and warm drinks and then headed out spreading joy and music. Sissy especially got into the whole routine by pushing her way to the front of each stoop to peer up and the happily suprised neighbors.

Then, we finished up at another house with more snacks and warm drinks and a lot of fun and laughter.

Channukah with Friends

Happy Channukah!

We just got back from a few days at Grandma and Grandpa's where we celebrated the first 4 nights of Channukah. It was especially fun to be with cousin Sadie Adeline for her first holiday season.

Our Tree

We headed out yesterday to cut down our Chritmas Tree at Stoneyridge Farm. It was a beautiful, crisp, winter day and we enjoyed the time outside.

Mt Baker looked beautiful.

I picked out a great tree for us and helped Dad cut it down. We watched it get bundled up and then checked out some animals and the nativity scene, (complete with Moses The Camel).

Then we warmed up with some hot cocoa and cookies.

Now...time to trim the tree!

Port Festival

We went down to the ferry terminal Fridat night for the Bellingham Port Festival. Santa and Mrs. Claus were there along with the annual gingerbread competition, musical entertainment from local schools, and a big parade of lighted boats across the bay. It was pretty neat.
